Set the Scene:

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your attention to the things you're grateful for in your life. It could be your health, relationships, opportunities, or even the simplest pleasures like the warmth of the sun or the sound of birds.


Visualise Abundance:

Imagine yourself surrounded by a golden light that symbolizes abundance. Visualize this light as a glowing mist that's flowing all around you, enveloping you in positivity.


Inhale Abundance:

With each deep inhale, imagine that you're breathing in this golden mist of abundance. Feel it entering your body and mind, filling you with a sense of positivity, opportunity, and success. Imagine that you're drawing in all the abundance the universe has to offer.


Exhale Limitations:

As you exhale, release any limiting beliefs, doubts, or fears that might be holding you back. Imagine these negative thoughts and emotions leaving your body as you breathe out.


Affirmations:

While you continue to breathe, repeat positive affirmations in your mind that resonate with abundance. For example: "I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life," or "I attract positivity and success effortlessly."


Feel the Energy:

Allow yourself to feel the energy of abundance flowing through you. Feel a sense of expansion and joy as you embrace the idea that you deserve abundance and prosperity.


Gratitude Again:

As you conclude the meditation, take a moment to express gratitude for the abundance you've visualized and felt during this practice. Gratitude amplifies the positive energy you've cultivated.


Gently Return:

Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, and when you're ready, open your eyes.
